Emotional intelligence assessment

Thanks to our training in Emotional Intelligence - Genos International, we are improving the way we connect, communicate and collaborate au work.

Why evaluate it?

Emotional intelligence is your ability to understand your emotions, to be aware of them and to have an impact on your behavior and your relationships with others. The emotions'influence, in productive and unproductive ways, our decisions, our behavior and our performance.
 

Studies have shown that high levels of emotional intelligence stimulate
professional success, resilience, mental health, relationship satisfaction and
happiness. We empower organizations to work with intelligence
emotional in various ways. Whether it's building agile leaders, elevating
Emotional Intelligence capabilities of your teams in contact with the customer (Boutiques,
Contact Center, dedicated cells, etc.), to hire employees from generation Y or
to help individuals become more self-aware... Evaluations of
Genos' emotional intelligence can transform your life as much as that of your
collaborators.


We have a number of Emotional Intelligence assessment options
available. All of our assessments include an individual debriefing session of
60 or 90 minutes during which we will identify axes, actions and benefits
as well as an action plan to improve your individual emotional intelligence.
